Spent the final years of my Game Dev Course at Algonquin College, with a team of 9 others, to make this Alpha build of Lich Light. It is the Capstone Project for our college, and the culmination of everything we have been taught.
My job primary was that of an artist. In the beginning, I helped create the base environment models as well as help concept how dungeons should be laid out and spawned. Afterwards, I supported the programmers on their dungeon generation code, but whenever I wasn't doing that, I was modeling some of the weapons the game uses. Despite playing my role as a supporter to the programmers and other colleges, I also took part in creating VFX for the game, mostly weapon trails and support on the Magic VFX. My most contributed work however would be animations.
Those animations you can see individually in my portfolio, but I was the only artist in charge of the animations. It was my first, real time, animating anything related to game design as well as animation systems within Unreal Engine. Overall, I am quite happy with the quality of work I put in.
